The goal of this meeting was to get an overview and update on the situation in different work packages and define the tasks to be done within the next six months. During the meeting we had our first snow for the winter and some even had the chance to go geese hunting. Concluding the meeting the group dined at Friðrik V a world renowned restaurant specialising in local food through the traditions set and by the slow food movement. One of the opportunities this project namely entails is the potential to develop local linkages between hunters and local culinary artist in producing a new regional attraction.
Due to the postponing of the 1st international seminar in Sweden the next partner meeting will be held again in Iceland on 15th of April -17th of April 2009.
